Spooling - Printing Problem

We are tring to print from MAS 90 (Best Software product) and the
document hangs at "Spooling - Printing" in the printer queue.
Eventually we have to cancel the job to print anything else. Are
printing to a Kyrocera 3530 and 1900 and a HP 4100. The same problem
happens when printing to any of these printers. We tried printing
from another machine running MAS 90 and it prints just fine. We also
tried printing from another application on the problematic machine and
that also prints fine. The problem machine is running XP Pro SP2.
The problem seems to be isolated at the XP box and the MAS 90 program.
Any suggestions would be useful, we use this program to print payroll!
