SSRunScript.exe

Since following suggestions from widows update tech about
a update issue I keep getting a full page at startup with
the above title. One of the update techs suggestion was to
download the latest version of windows script, which did
not correct the update issue.That was resolved in another
way. When I try to open the file on this page it says
windows cant open it, try the the web service to open and
get the message that I am unauthorized. I can close the
page and everything seems to be OK. Any ideas on if it
would be safe to delete it? Or suggestions on what is
causing it and how to correct it? Thanks, Brad
