"Start" "Program" "Menu" list is empty

For what ever reason my list of installed programs in
my "Start" "Programs" menu is empty. Anyone know how to
restore the list.

You want it M.T unless you want a specific program to launch when windows
boots.

Drag and Drop notepad into it to see how it works.

I don't know what "M.T." means, but "Start | Programs" has
nothing to do with wanting a "specific program to launch when
windows boots." You're perhaps mixing up "Start | Programs" with
"Start | Programs | Startup."
