Starting spooler

Have you tried going to Command Prompt? if not, type in:
Net start spooler and hit enter, if a message appears
saying "The requested service has already been started"
then your spooler is working ok.

To stop the spooler go to Cd and type net stop spooler

I problems still arise go to cd and type Net helpmsg 2182
where you can see what other services have been started.
