static from speakers

I only get static from my speakers, I can faintly hear sound when I open
windows or anything like that. I have sblive soundcard and updated driver,
also tried different speakers same results, please help!

Sounds like you are pluged into the wrong output on the sound card.

I'm plug into green should be right.

Open up your PC. Put the soundcard into a different slot.
