still need help

I cut and copied old correspondnce below for help with my
media player 9.

For reference, that only hides and unhides the player,
and doesn't actually
uninstall and/or reinstall it.

You can simply reinstall the player from the package at
c:\program files\windows media player\installer
- reinstalling the player over the top of itself is a
much better idea than
uninstalling it first. I wrote the installer, and I
wrote it that way.
