Strange contrasting Start Menu items

Default Strange contrasting Start Menu items

Hi,
My friend got a strange contrasting "folder" name in her notebook's start
menu, as far as I know, that item is not allowed to be renamed.
Please refer to the following print screen files:

I would like to know if there is any solution to this problem except
creating a new user account and delete the original one? Thanks!

Yours faithfully,
Sam
