Strange Popup on Startup

As soon as I turn on my computer the following pop-up appears on the screen. I have no idea where it comes from, and tho I keep closing it, it appears each time.

"Desktop-Notepad
[.shellClassinfo.]
LocalizedResourceName+@%systemroot%\system32/shell32.dll,-21787"

Please can anyone tell me what it is, and how to get rid of it!!! TIA
