Strange Startup Prob

I keep getting two instances of programs that I want to run
on startup. Please help me!

Everything I have in the startup folder (something like
user/programs/startup) runs TWO instances.
If I delete the shortcut in the Windows.all programs
folder nothing runs. If I delete the shortcuts in my
user/programs folder, TWO instances run again (the shortcut
I deleted reappears after reboot). Please help!

Not sure about the shortcut thing but....

Try looking in your startup tab under msconfig to see what programs startup
on boot. You have two entries for the same program.

Go to run, then type 'MSCONFIG' and look under the startup tab for programs
that are to be started on boot.
