This is not really "Streaming Media", you are just trying
to play imcomplete files. Windows Media Player does not
like incomplete media. if the whole files is not
downloaded most of the time it will not play. you need to
wait until it finishes downloading. for previewing AVI's
trying downloading AVI Preview - http://www.avipreview.com/
