Hi just a few more games and applications that do or do not run on Vista
b5728

Colin McRae Rally 2005 - Don't work completely starforce says requires
2000/XP/98
Need for speed most wanted - Does work properly but slightly slower requires
lower resolution
McAfee Internet Security Suite 2006/2007 - Does not work at all
Norton Internet Security 2007 - Does not work - Vista says incompatible
Adobe Reader 7.0.8 - Works Completely
Daemon Tools 4.03 - Does not install - Vista says incompatible
Winamp 5.08 - Works Properly
WinRAR 3.60 - Works Properly
MagicDisc - Does not work at all any more
Richard Burns Rally - Works Fine

Try using the PC-Chillin Beta or Avast 4.7 Home Edition, as both McAfee and
Norton are way behind on their Windows Vista Program (Norton even had the
Nerve to file a Complaint with the EU, I have never liked their products
from the beginning, Just FYI).

I had a couple of surprises on my list (upgrade process from XP SP2 to 5728);

What worked:
RoboForm
iTunes 7 + iPod Nano
Adobe PhotoShop Elemets 4
Palm Desktop
WinRAR 3.51
Office 2003
TweakNow RegCleaner Pro
Ad-Aware SE Pro

What did NOT work:
AVG Free 7.1
Nero 7
MSFT Intellipoint software

Outlook Express from XP created some problems for me that I already bugged.
In a clean install scenario Outlook Express couldn't pose any problems I
guess.
