Subfolders of Program Files Folder Not Enumerated in Folders Pane in Windows XP

Subfolders of "Program Files" folder Are Not Enumerated
in the Folders Pane in Windows XP for a very long time
(minutes).

Also, the "Expand" option is grayed out when right
clicking this Program Files" folder.
