suprise suprise ...i want to uninstall

everyone want's to uninstall this crappy microsoft stuff up... I would have
thought that the second beta would be quite good , but no...audio driver
problems , firewall problems. I'm not even going to install the new vista
drivers for my radeonx800xt , whats the point if the new drivers for my
Audigy2ZS refuses to install bluescreen of death included.

It took forever and a day to install and now I find that I must format my
facking hdd !
Good one morons , after all these years you still can't get it right...the
only reason I use windows at all is for gaming compatibility...
I'll be buying a second computer soon and it will be an APPLE , nice one

the driver problem you have is logical... they dont want to include all the
drivers yet.. they will do that later...

You are kinda losing your breath here...
The MS followers like anything MS makes, so all you will get from them is
"its still beta", and then after
RTM it will be either your fault or your hardwares fault.....

If you want to "uninstall", you'll have to boot the XP disk then install
from there (

My ZS Audigy card don't work either so I just use the on board audio.
Its a Beta FFS what did you expect a full free OS with the latest
games ready to rock.

Did you not think to do a drive image before installing Vista or put
it on a test box.

Never mind you can class it as a lesson learned eh

yeah the soundblaster drivers suck ass. i have the audigy 2. install from
the soundblaster.com site and it just freezes the installer totally. that is
not vista tho it is creative

Well, fercrisake, it IS a beta. What part of "BETA 2" do you not
understand? What part of "this version should not be installed on a
production machine" do you not understand???
It's fully EIGHT MONTHS BEFORE THE APPROXIMATE RELEASE DATE, and
therefore eight months too soon to be throwing ludicrously childish
tantrums like celtic fury posted here. What a "facking" (to use his
word) moron and troll! Anyone who would expect this version to be
driver-complete is simply much too stupid and naive to be installing
beta versions. If the guy installed this Beta OVER his working OS,
which I infer he did from the statement about reformatting, then he must
have the IQ of an immature cucumber. He "facking" deserves what he got.

Frankly I cannot critisize whats under the hood until I use it for a long
time,
and I am sure they have made improvments there.. but the GUI has big
problems...
and they are saying that they wont change it much from what it is in beta 2
