switch display driver back and forth in WinXP

Posted: 05-14-2004, 05:00 PM
Hi,

I have a requirement to change the display driver whenever my application

starts and revert back the default driver when the application ends. How do

I switch the display driver programatically? Any suggestion please?

Depending on the program, you can use Compatibility Mode by right-clicking
the link to launch the application, selecting Properties and then going to
the Compatibility tab. On there, you can select the display attributes,
applying them to that program only.
