"Switch to Classic View" in "Control Panel" is missing.

Before I've update the last XPE SP2 QFE "Embedded SP2 Security Update:
Microsoft Security Bulletins MS05-004, MS05-019, MS05-025, MS05-026, and
MS05-027 (887998)" to my Database in my image it was possible to swich in the
control panel between the "Classic View" a "Category View".
After this update in my image these "button" is missing.
Also the "See Also Frame" is missing.

Anyone here has made the same experience after installing this QFE?
