switching users

XP's been working fine til now. Now when I switch users it
goes to the " other side" but the task bar hangs, strtr
programs don't load and you can't use the start button. Any
ideas anyone?

I am having a similar problem -- when we try to "switch users" it flashes the current users desktop and then goes back to the user screen.

In order to switch users we have to "restart" -- any suggestions???

I'm having the same problem and have yet to find a fix.
