Synctoy 1. 4 - install for All Users?

By default Synctoy 1.4 installs in the "Documents &
Settings\username\Application Data\Synctoy" folder instead of Program Files.
Ofcourse it's nice to keep your Folder Pairs private. But do I have to
install Synctoy for every user seperately? or is it enough to just copy the
Synctoy folder to all the other users Application Data folder + create a
shortcut in Startmenu like this"%userprofile%\Application
Data\Synctoy\synctoy.exe"?
I assume if I simply install once in Program Files all the users will see
each others Folder Pairs..
