Sysprep is changing NIC settings!

AFAIK this can be fixed only by writing a little script that will search all
instances of specific device and apply your custom settings.
This is because custom settings of any normal NIC are located in it's
per-instance registry key, so they are lost after the hardware is
reinstalled.

Another option is to change the INF for your NIC to set your custom options
by default,
but this will break digital signature on the driver. Unattended install
won't work.
