System Crashes When I Try To Update Drive With Realtel Ac97

Okay here's my system information. Can someone please tell me why ever
time I try to manually and automatically reinstall or update my soun
driver with realtek ac 97 at first it seems like everything is okay
Then my system crashes and my PC restarts with no change. I've bee
working at this for about two weeks now, and I'm pulling my hair out.
would be forever thankful!
