System Fails To Start

When booting up, system will show the XP Home screen,
then to a blue screen. Never loads, no mouse, nothing.
Can load Safe Mode, but can find no problem, not any
setting that clears problem.

Has anyone had this problem and been able to recover?

Did you recently install some software? Sounds like
corruption of system files. In save mode run my
computer , right click your c drive , select properties,
select tools , select error checking, check automatically
fix system files If you have no mouse, use the key thats
between ctrl and alt (near spacebar) Using that key and
up and down keys you should be able to negotiate.

Please respond to my e-mail address. I like to know if
this worked.
