He Rong,

Do you have the "System Restore Core", or the "System Restore User
Interface" component in your runtime? If you don't need the system to set
Restore Points I would make suer that these components are not included. If
you do need it make sure to add the "System Control Panel" component so that
you can configure options later (Disk space usage, etc..).

Brad,

I found that my runtime had already added all three components:"System
Restore Core", "System Restore User Interface", and "System Control Panel".

Yesterday, I added all components in directory Software->System->System
Service, and found the problem didn't exist.
But I don't know which component make the result.and my method seems too
awkward.
