ho do i increase my system startup speed and increase my
ram without buying anything?

How much Ram do you have now? You can decrease the startup time by
eliminating a few programs that
startup at boot. Also you can make some adjustments in the Bios. Check
here for some more info.

And, go to Start>Run type: msconfig select Startup and see what
programs are there that you can do
without. Uncheck any you don't want. Experiment you can always go back
and recheck them.
