Systray Icons disappearing

I have one user set up on my XP machine. On start up and
logging on, some of my systray icons on the right side of
the tray do not show up: audio, blackice, and the icon
that tells you you can safely remove hardware (my wireless
usb connection) When I switch users and log back on as
the same user, all icons appear. Can anyone help?
