take a chance again

The ealier sp2 I installed to my Tablet PC caused a Active X problem, when I
opened a website saved to my disk from CD ROM it had generated Active -X
problem and prompted me to click here to allow it to access my compouter,
Idid this, then another pop up appeared and prompted me the same, later I
found this was a known issue. I had to restore my Tablet to factory
settings, but I have no grumbles as I accept these unfortunate thing for
using a beta SP2.
What I like to know is, is there a newer version or improvements made to the
earlier to fix this known problem? I like to continue testing but not wish
to encounter the same, I ready to do this can any one comment on this? Can
any one give a link for the improved version if any?

This is the latest of XP beta available from MS
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/pro...p2preview.mspx

If the problem that you are talking about was about RC1, try this RC2.
(release candidate 2)
