Are you using QFE 822603, or you might used it and now it is not there.
Do you have component:
"AMD 756 PCI to USB Open Host Controller - Hotfix Q822603"
Or without hotfix?

Also remove this component and add it again to image.
FYI: File name for this qfe in repository is 822603_usbhub.sys and not usbhub.sys so this can confuse you.

Target Designer Build Process error

It sounds like you didn't include the repository when you
created the component. Try opening the sld and in the
component properties sheet, set the repository to the one
with the missing files.
