Default Task Scheduler: Run task as soon as possible

When I add a task to run at a certain time, and tick the 'Run task as soon as
possible after a scheduled start is missing' option in Settings, I would
expect the task to run as soon as the computer wakes up from Sleep mode. That
seems not to be the case. Anyone else having this? Is it supposed to work
like that?
