taskbar keeps reseting to default

I want to add a new toolbar to my taskbar, a folder.
Adding it is no problem but everytime I restart my
computer, the new toolbar disappears. In addition, I
order my quick launch icons a certain order and that gets
reseted too.

Question: How do I prevent my taskbar from reseting
itself back to default whenever I turn on my computer>
