Taskbar not transparent in RC2

Justin, you're a stud! That is exactly it. iTunes toolbar did get turned on
about upgrade time and it is incompatible with aero.

There are still lots of bugs in the Aero interface, including problems with
taskbar shadows and basic menu graphics. I've got a feeling the MS
programmers are working on it pretty hard right now, because it sure isn't
finished in RC2.
