Follow these steps to resolve the task manager issue;

1 Enter Windows as an Administrator account.
2 Click Start -> Run, type "regedit"(without the quotation marks) and press
Enter.
3 Navigate to the following key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\System

4 At the right panel, right-click "DisableTaskMgr" and choose Delete.
5 Restart your computer to test this issue.
