tba.exe --- application error when boot first time

Please advise how to solve the following error message
when first boot a build XPE image.

Error messagee:
The instruction at "0x035bfea4" referenced memory
at "0x000000a". The memory could not be "written".
Click OK to terminate the program.

Howard,

The HAL component is one of the components found under
Hardware->Devices->Computers. Standard PC or Advanced Computer and Power
Interface are the HAL components.
