TCP/IP, HELP

when i try and connect two of my computers onto the
network, both of them can printer and file share but on
one of them, it reveals a TCP/IP error, and says thet it
is not enabled, while on the other of the two computers
the TCP/IP works just fine, how do i resolve this please
help or e-mail me a rely, thank you.
