TCP/IP Network not installed

I want to run activesync to connect my pocketpc but get
the TCP/IP network transport is not installed error
message. I don't know where to go next

Call the Tech support of the manufacturer of your Pocket PC

I've sorted the problem - My firewall was preventing
access and needed to be turned off.
