TDK FDD-100 USB Floppy Player (model#FDD-100)

Help!! When plug in my player I get a pop up box from
Microsoft saying that they don't have driver for item, go
to manufacurer to get driver. When I go to TDK, they
state that Microsoft will provide driver because it is
plug and play.

All I'm getting is finger pointing, any help or
suggestions??
