text options not available

but the options list of animation,color,font,etc... wont show ...the only
options are cancel or done add to movie. Does anyone know why the text
options wont show???

Open Movie Maker and go to...Help / About...
what is the version number?
The current version for Win XP SP2 says:
Windows Movie Maker Version 2.1.4026.0

thanks for the reply but i was being an idiot and forgot that the timeline onthe bottom of the screen was so large that the dialog box had to be scrolled
down to show the full box of options
