Everytime I start my computer I get an error message
saying Windows cannot locate this file. Does anyone know
what this is for and how can I disable it if I don't need
it. I tried unchecking it in the startup menu but it
didn't take.

You are most likely infected with the Blaster worm or one

Go to Start/All Programs/Startup and delete the TFTP entry by right clicking
it and select delete.
