The specified Setup script file (<path>\unattend.txt) is inaccessi

I am trying to upgrade several Win2000 Pro workstations to XP.
I have slipstreamed SP2 into the setup files and ran setup manager to create
the distribution share and unattend.txt file
From the workstation I run \\server\windist\i386\winnt32
/unattend:unattend.txt
I get the error:

The specified Setup script file (D:unattend.txt) is inaccessible or invalid.
Contact your system administrator.

Research on the error indicates that I am missing the
UnattendMode=FullUnattended parameter in the unattend.txt file, however I
have checked the file and it is in fact there.
I can't find any other info on this. What am I doing wrong?
