I cannot access default XP theme in display properties any
more, only win' Classic. Any syuggestions on how to get it
back would be appreciated

Is there any way to change the taskbar and window colors to
something other than blue olive or silver?

Yes, if you are using a different theme. You should be able to find
complete themes or theme editors to create your own theme on the
Internet.
