Themes help

I've been customising icons (like the GIF, BMP etc.
icons) and the sounds. I saved it as a theme, applied the
Windows XP theme but it has the same icons and sounds as
my customised theme! How do I save those (Folder Options

> File Types TAB) Icons and sounds into the customised

theme, so it loads it's own sounds and icons?
