Things in " My Documents "

I am not the only one who uses this computer, I went into
my documents and I found these following items and have
no idea what they are and how they got and what I'm
supposed to do with them, they are
INSTALL-internet communication settings 2KB
ieexnist-set up information- ms explorer windows 2000
install.
ieex-6KB
oemiglib.dll 5.0.2314.1300
I have windows xp home with all updates, Internet
explorer 6 and outlook express 6.
Can anyone help me on this?
