third party component

I wonted to put Nero burning rom 6 demo on my Image, so I created a
component.
But when I launch NeroBurning rom to erase writable cd, it don't show me any
Cd writer to use.
If I restart the pc and launch Nero Burning rom, then it show me the Cd
Writer.
what did I missed?
