this beta is a joke?

hi,
my experiences with the public beta:

device manager: 4 yellow marks (3 unknown devices and usb audio). got the
newest chipset drivers for my asus board (nforce 4 chipset) and the driver cd
for my hybrid prodigy usb stick. the driver is not accepted and produces
bluescreens. a standart usb audio drive can not be installed (code 10).
following devices were not found after the first start: pinnacle tv card,
logitech webcam, canon scanner.
so the driver cab seems to be the same as from win95 *gg

audio support: the line-in is on full volume no matter if you turn it
down...it doesn´t work.
screen cloning: no possibility to configure the lcd in a different way as
the tv screen. you got 640x480 EVERYWHERE.
clicking up to 4 times to put some icons in the recycle bin??? no comment.
no internet: ethernet adapter seems to be ok...device manager says it works
but i can´t get any connection. under xp with the same options it works fine.

please don´t look at you release date - look for a OS that WORKS.
