Do you mean the extension?Folder options, view tab, clear "hide extensions for known file types."

I am looking to perform a search for all jpg files and have the thumbnailview display the full file path i.e. c:\picts\bob.jpg instead of just the
file name below each thumbnail

After you perform the search, just place your mouse pointer over thethumbnail and you will get the full path in an opening small window. No way
that I know of getting the full path under each thumbnail.
