tif files get corrupted with lzw compression using winxp pro

Posted: 12-02-2003, 05:05 PM
I've been working on this problem ever since winxp pro was
introduced. If I use windows picture and fax viewer to
open an tif or jpg file, LZW compression gets put into
the file and my 3rd party programs can no longer open the
files after a winxp pro station opens the files. xp pro
is on sp1 and the LZW compression problem still happens.
I also cannot print multipage tif files using windows
picture and fax viewer or the office xp document imaging
program... Comeon guys, just pay kodak for the license
already so we can get some work done or provide a solid
fix.. It's been way too long...
