Default Time Gadget - has no " daylight" time zone

Although Vista gives me an option for EDT zone, gadget doesn't: it only has
EST, so I have to choose " Atlantic zone" to get correct time. So I see a
picture of South America on the globe not USA

Today when I booted up Vista., my sidebar was on the left ( s/b on right and
the "RIGHT" checkbox was selected) , so I DID do a report. After filling out
all the info, the transfer rate is 2.6kb per second, so my 927kb file
took - a long time. What's that all about ? 2.6kb/sec ??? I'm on broadband
.... does Microsoft still have a 2400 baud line ?

and why should I have to log into passport ??

Bug report only transfers at 2.7k !!?? Is this normal ?
I submitted 3 - each 2.7kb/sec .
After first 2 I exited and my PC hung - restarted and submitting 3rd now.
If it hangs again , no more reporting for me.

Remember, there are hundreds of thousands of testers sending reports at the
same time as you, the bandwidth will obviously stretch at times.
