If this is happing when you have switch your pc off
It could be that your back up battery is on its way out

If you mean the time keeps increasing, 1mins then 2mins then 3mins etc with
your PC turned on then it may be your MB clock. If the time is 1hour fast
then I assume you have set your time zone correctly. Other than that I have
seen a setting in the HKEY_current_user\environment\ referred to "TZ" after
that was deleted the time was correct. (but I think that's a bit of a long
shot)
