Time Zone GUI Problem

Posted: 09-26-2005, 07:28 AM
Hi Group ,
If we write an Windows API to seperate a process from EWF say for ex: I
want timedate.cpl to be independent of EWF.So now this process is not
monitored by EWF.Now my problem is that the Registry values are changed, but
the GUI does not change. That means if we change the time to GMT then it is
changed in the Registry's but not in the GUI of timedate.cpl.
One more hint After changing the time zone ,the registries are changed and
the "Dateand Time " Tab contents change, but "Time Zone" TAb contents does
not change. But it takes effect if we open it manually and CLick OK ,then the
GUI also take effect.I want it to take effect automatically.
Please Help.
Thanks,
Mary.
