Timeline cursor skips

Default Timeline cursor skips

Recently I've stating noticing that the timeline cursor is skipping. It has
not happens 100%, just on and off.
I'm trying to figure out if it's caused by a file I'm using or if it's
something that is common and I need to fix it.
