Tiny documentation bug: Http Compression Dynamic

When adding Windows Features, the tooltip for:

World Wide Web Services

> Performance Features

> > Http Compression Dynamic

... misreads, "Enable your Web server to host ASP Classic applications".

This isn't correct because that description is intended for ..

World Wide Web Services

> Application Development Features

> > ASP

This is only the first error I found among these tooltips after I just
opened the window, so if Microsoft is reading this I would recommend someone
in dev or qa just go through all the checkboxes in the list and validate the
tooltips.
