Tip: Editing Screen Capture Sessions

Do you have a screen capture session made by the Encoder... that can use
some editing?

Do it with Movie Maker, using a custom profile that aligns with the file
settings.... and use the Windows Media Video 9 Screen codec to do the
rendering.... the re-rendered file will play about as well as the source
file.
