Does your graphics card have its own dedicated memory or is it sharing with
the main system memory. If its sharing, you likely need a card with its own
dedicated memory and I wouldn't go for anything less than 64MB.

If you have a card with dedicated memory of sufficient quantity and main
system memory is 128MB or more, you may have something hanging the system.
You need to check for errors in Even Log that might correspond to the time
when you have this issue. Open Control Panel, go to Administrative Tools,
open Event Viewer. If you see errors that seem to correspond, double click,
the information inside may give a clue as to the source of the issue.

When a program is open and I click the minimize button
instead of having a box with the name of the program
appear on the task bar nothing appear. The program will
minimalize but won't appear in the taskbar. If anyone
know how to fix this little detail, any information would
be greatly appreicated

Which toolbar in which program?

TD doesn't ring any bells for me, have you installed any
programs to customize "the look" of your computer or do some
other function? I'm thinking about something like Hotbar.

Although by default the task bar appears on the bottom of the
screen, it can be on any of the sides you prefer it on. To move
it from any side to another, simply click on an unused part of it
and drag it where you want it.
If it won't move, it may be locked. In that case, right click on
it and uncheck "Lock the taskbar," then try again.

You presumably mean "task" bar, not "toolbar."

Although by default the task bar appears on the bottom of the
screen, it can be on any of the sides you prefer it on. To move
it from any side to another, simply click on an unused part of it
and drag it where you want it.

What program are you using where the toolbar has
disappeared?
